Happy Rainy Monday

Guess WHAT!?!
The "Yarn Aboard" Box made it to my house and oh what lovely goodies it held. Picture taking tomorrow for a most special post about it. Thank you Nancy!

Finally.....Here is the yarn we dyed yesterday. Such nice colors!

And here is a closer look.
I am still waiting for mine to dry. I am anxious to get started on my Knit Socks Kit Swap Bag. Anyone know of any good free online felted patterns? You.know. while I wait .....

The booga bag is really cute, and pretty easy, too!

I made one using Cascade 220 for the bottom and the straps, and only 2 skeins of Noro Kureyon.

Your bag....knit or sewn? I guess you'll see!

Yes, the yarn is gorgeous! Can't wait to see it skeined up and then knitted up! I agree the Booga Bag (perhaps a smaller version) and the Sophie bag by the same designer (both free patterns) are both nice felted bags. I think there's a couple cute ones on Knitty, as well.

Too bad you can't leave that yarn up all the time. It looks great hanging like that!

How beautiful your yarn looks hanging on your trellis/fence with your house in the background. Makes me want to try dying my own yarn. Can't be that hard. Lovely photos! Thanks for those.
